At Suunto Spark, we want you to be fully satisfied with your open-ear performance. If your earbuds don't meet your training needs, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the Suunto Spark earbuds and all original accessories, including the charging cable and carrying pouch, back into the original packaging.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
